Everyone comes from different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Disagreements are okay, but disrespect is not. Speak to others the way you would want to be spoken to.

Use your words to motivate and inspire others. When someone is learning, struggling, or trying something new, offer constructive feedback instead of tearing them down.

💬 4. Listen Before You Respond

Sometimes people need advice, and sometimes they simply need someone to listen. Take time to understand where someone is coming from before responding.

Celebrate wins — big or small! Whether someone reached a goal, overcame an obstacle, learned something new, or simply had a good day, encourage them and celebrate their progress.

If you know something that could benefit another member, don’t be afraid to share it. What seems simple to you could make a huge difference to someone else.

Harassment, personal attacks, bullying, unnecessary negativity, and intentionally putting others down will not be tolerated. We want this to be a place where people feel safe to participate.

Healthy discussions and different opinions are welcome. Keep debates respectful and focus on the topic rather than attacking the person.

Do not share another member’s personal information without their permission. What people share within the community should be treated with respect.

Ask yourself: “How can I add value to someone else today?”

You don’t have to be an expert. Sometimes a kind word, helpful suggestion, listening ear, or simple encouragement is all someone needs.
